THE WHEEL OF WRITING

Hello! Today I bring you an idea of how to use a simple website to work on writing with students. It is a web where we find a wheel, in this wheel or roulette you can put the parts you want, divide the roulette as you want, the idea is that, in each part of the notebook, there are English words, verbs, vocabulary of the unit that you are teaching.... Once we have chosen the words we will use, we will spin the wheel in class and the students will have to write a sentence with the word or words that come out when the wheel is spun. The good thing about this resource is that it can be adapted to all levels, depending on the year group, we will use different words or require different sentence lengths. As an added bonus, if it is an advanced course, students can even create a story with these words! I'll give you the link to my own writing wheel that I made for this project. Challenging students with a quiz! Both teachers and students are tired of traditional exAms, so I have always found the Kahoot! application to be one of the best applications for a fun game with the class. This particular Kahoot! is about animals, perfect for the first years of primary school and even to challenge the older ones, this is just an example created by me, you can find many more in this app. KAHOOT

This is a new channel where educational videos in English are uploaded, perfect to learn with songs... But updated! These girls are a family who became famous for their great talent in the music scene, their main channel is also interesting, but not as interesting as this one for children, which is great for our work.
